The epic challenge began with a 21-mile swim at Dover District Leisure Centre before cycling 200 miles from Dover to Clarence House, London, where he received a letter of congratulations from HRH the Prince of Wales, and then completed his challenge with a 160-mile run back to the Principality Stadium.
