Life hacks for workplace wellbeing: 

Talk - Chat through problems with others and ask for help!

Eat - Don’t skip meals and drink more water. Take a lunch break, away from your desk if you can

Sleep - Turn off your electronics from your bedroom!

Exercise -  Even going for a 15-minute walk during the day can help clear your mind

Relax - Take time out for yourself
